Important Guidelines on Product Usage: As per our terms and conditions, please be aware that applying hair color, toners, purple shampoos, or any chemical treatments to La'Vella Hair Extensions will void the possibility of submitting a defective product claim.

Claim Submission Timeline: Defective product claims must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date or from the date you received your shipment, whichever is later. Unfortunately, claims made after the 30-day period will not be eligible.

Product Care and Use: To maintain eligibility for a claim, La'Vella products must only be used with recommended La'Vella accessories and care products, such as our exclusive Removal Tonic, Re-Tape Tabs, and the La'Vella Brush. Use of non-La'Vella products or accessories will disqualify your claim. Proof of purchase with receipts is required to proceed with any claims.

Inspection and Evaluation: If you are filing a claim, at least 50% of the hair must be returned for inspection. Our specialists will evaluate the returned product to determine if the issue stems from a manufacturing defect or improper use. Purchases must have been made directly from our website at www.lavellahair.com or our official retail location to qualify.

Outcome of Claims:

• Manufacturer Defect: If a defect is traced back to manufacturing, we will replace the hair with identical products from your original order.
• Misuse by Customer: If the damage is found to result from misuse, the claim will be considered closed, and no replacement will be provided.

Inactive Claims: Claims where no action is taken (such as failing to return 50% of the hair) within 30 days from the date of the last contact will be deemed abandoned and subsequently closed. These claims cannot be reopened.
