At La’Vella Luxury Hair Extensions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our Returns & Warranty Policy to understand the guidelines for exchanges, returns, and warranty claims.
Warranty Policy
We offer a 2-month warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects only. Our hair extensions are crafted with premium, full-cuticle hair for long-lasting wear. While defects are rare, we are dedicated to addressing any concerns that fall under our warranty coverage.
Warranty Coverage & Terms
1. Coverage Period:
- Our 2-month warranty applies to replacement hair only—we do not offer refunds for defective products.
- Any claims submitted after 2 months from the purchase date will not be accepted.
- Hair must be returned to La’Vella Luxury Hair Extensions for inspection before a replacement is issued.
- Hair that has already been replaced through a package protection program is not eligible for further warranty claims.
2. What Voids the Warranty?
The warranty is void if the hair has been altered or damaged due to improper care, including but not limited to:
- Chemical processing (coloring, toning, bleaching, lifting, or perming).
- Overuse of purple shampoo.
- Exposure to chlorine or saltwater.
- Discoloration from sunscreen or hair products containing harsh ingredients.
- Cutting hand-tied wefts.
- Any personal modifications that alter the extensions from their original condition.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
To submit a claim, email support@lavellahair.com with the following details:
- Subject Line: Warranty Claim
- Your Full Name & Order Number
- A Detailed Description of the Issue
- Clear Photos Showing the Defect
Note: We do not provide multiple replacements for the same product.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns on unused, uninstalled, and unaltered hair extensions within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, the hair must be:
✔ Unopened, with the binding and security tag intact
✔ In its original packaging
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been:
✘ Installed, worn, washed, or styled
✘ Colored, toned, or chemically processed
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
Step 1: Contact Us
Email support@lavellahair.com with:
- Subject Line: RETURN
- Your Order Number
- Reason for the Return
Returns must include a copy of your invoice.
Step 2: Ship the Hair Back
- The hair must be unopened and in its original packaging (with the binding intact).
- Failing to meet these conditions may result in your return being rejected.
- If you are exchanging an item, we recommend placing a new order immediately to avoid delays.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.
- If returning from outside the U.S., please contact us for a return shipping label. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.
- Refunds (minus shipping fees) will be issued to the original payment method only.
5. Why Can’t Opened Hair Extensions Be Returned?
Due to hygiene and quality control standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair that has been opened, worn, or altered in any way.
6. Are Sale Items Returnable?
All sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless explicitly stated otherwise.
