At La'Vella Luxury Hair Extensions, we understand the importance of receiving your luxury hair extensions in a timely and secure manner. Our commitment to exceptional service extends to our shipping process, ensuring your purchase reaches you safely and promptly.


Shipping Methods

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping
    Delivery within 5โ€“7 business days for domestic orders and 10โ€“14 business days for international orders.

  • Expedited Shipping
    Delivery within 2โ€“4 business days for domestic orders and 5โ€“7 business days for international orders.

  • Express Shipping
    Delivery within 1โ€“2 business days for domestic orders and 3โ€“5 business days for international orders.


Shipping Charges

Shipping costs are based on the destination and weight of your order. Charges are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you confirm your purchase.
All shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to and from Laโ€™Vella unless the item is defective or shipped in error.


Signature Requirement for Residential Deliveries

To help ensure the safe delivery of your order, all residential shipments require a signature upon delivery.

Customers may choose to waive the signature requirement at checkout. However, by waiving the signature, Laโ€™Vella is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. We strongly recommend selecting signature confirmation to protect your purchase.


Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. A separate email with tracking details will be sent once your order ships, allowing you to monitor your delivery in real time.


International Orders & Fees

La'Vella currently ships within the U.S. and Canada. For international orders, please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. To avoid international fees, we recommend purchasing through a local distributor if available.


Delivery Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Laโ€™Vella is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Shipping Limitations & Claims

While we strive for timely and accurate deliveries, Laโ€™Vella is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural events.

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact customer support at support@lavellahair.com so we can assist you with filing a claim. Courier claims typically take 7โ€“10 business days to resolve. You may place a new order in the meantime. If the claim is approved, we will refund the cost of the item, but shipping charges will not be reimbursed.


Scheduling & Shipping Regulations

To avoid delays, we recommend scheduling hair appointments at least 4โ€“5 business days after your order is placed.

Items classified as hazardous materials must ship via FedEx Ground and cannot be shipped to Hawaii or Alaska.
